How It Works
Stepping into the cryotherapy chamber, you are exposed to ultra-cooled, dry air. The extreme cold triggers an immediate and pronounced constriction of your blood vessels, a process known as vasoconstriction . This helps reduce inflammation, muscle soreness, and swelling .
Once you exit the chamber, your blood vessels rapidly dilate, a process called vasodilation. This response, sometimes called the Lewis hunting reaction, increases blood flow and delivers oxygen and nutrient-rich blood to your tissues . It is this cycle of constriction and dilation that promotes recovery, reduces inflammation, and supports overall wellness
Preparation. You will be given dry socks and minimal clothing before entering the chamber.
The Treatment Session. You will stand in the chamber for three minutes at -110°C. The air is dry and comfortable to breathe, and you will feel the cold on your skin.
No Downtime. The session is quick and requires no recovery period. You can resume your normal activities immediately.
Cumulative Benefits. While you may feel refreshed after one session, the full benefits build over time. A course of sessions is often recommended for lasting results
