Consultations, Appointments & Rescheduling

When you book a consultation or treatment through our website or third-party booking portals, your booking is subject to clinical assessment and appointment availability.

• Deposits & Booking Fees: Deposits or upfront payments required to secure consultation times or treatment slots are detailed during the checkout or booking process.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with our standalone Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Failure to provide required notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

Treatment Packages & Purchases

We may offer treatment packages for purchase directly on the website or via booking links.

• Pricing & Descriptions: All prices are quoted in Euros (€), include VAT where applicable, and are subject to change. While we endeavor to ensure all pricing and descriptions are accurate, errors may occur. If an error in the price of a treatment package you ordered is discovered, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

• Contract Formation: An order placed online for a treatment package represents an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation or booking acknowledgment via email.

• Age Requirements: To book treatments or purchase treatment packages online, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid debit or credit card issued by a recognized bank.

Consumer Cancellation Rights (Distance Purchases)

Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Charges) Regulations 2013, if you purchase a treatment package online via distance communication (without visiting the clinic first), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of confirmation without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in writing by emailing info@southwilliamclinic.com with your order details.

• Waiver for Immediate Services: If you request to schedule or receive any treatment within the 14-day cooling-off period, you explicitly acknowledge that you request performance of the service during this period. If the treatment package is fully rendered within the 14 days, your statutory right to cancel will end. If partially rendered, you will be liable for the fair value of the services provided up to the date of cancellation.

Gift Vouchers & Gift Cards

• Redeemability: Gift vouchers and gift cards issued by South William Clinic are redeemable against eligible treatments and consultation services at our clinic locations. Unless specifically stated in select promotional terms, vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to independent medical doctor fees.

• Expiry & Legislation: In compliance with the Irish Consumer Protection (Gift Vouchers) Act 2019, monetary gift vouchers do not expire for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of issue (or carry no expiry date where specified). Promotional vouchers or discounted promotional campaign vouchers may be subject to specific expiry windows as detailed in the relevant campaign terms.

• Balance: Any remaining credit on a gift voucher may be used towards future eligible treatments until the balance reaches zero.

Discount Codes & Promotional Offers

Discount codes or promotional offers may be made available from time to time. Promotional codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, and carry no cash value. SW Clinics reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials incorporated in or accessible through this website (including text, photographs, clinical images, graphics, logos, video clips, layout, software, and trade marks) remain the exclusive property of South William Clinic or its licensors and are protected by Irish and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, print, or download content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms, their subject matter, and any non-contractual disputes or claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law. Competitions & Promotions

All promotional competitions hosted on SW Clinics channels are subject to specific eligibility criteria:

1. Open to residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and immediate family members of South William Clinic and associated promotional partners.

2. Closing dates and entry requirements will be specified on the relevant campaign announcement.

3. Winners will be selected at random from valid entries. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Competition prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carry no cash alternative.

5. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable post-event publicity associated with the promotion.

6. By entering a competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any specific promotional rules stated at the time of entry.
